Terms & Conditions Effective date: 1 December 2025
Last updated: 1 December 2025
1) Who we are and Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) and International Travel Inc., a private travel assistance agency incorporated in Delaware, USA (“International Travel Inc.,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
We provide professional application-assistance and concierge services for international travelers, including data review, error correction, and submission support for the UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (“UK ETA”).
Important Disclaimer: We are a private agency and are NOT affiliated with the UK government or any official government body. You can apply for an ETA directly through the official government channel (gov.uk) for the standard fee without using our professional assistance services.
2) Authorization to Act as Your Agent (Mandate)
This is a core part of our service. By using our website and completing the application form, you explicitly appoint and authorize International Travel Inc. to act as your agent and representative for the specific purpose of applying for the UK ETA.
You grant us the necessary power and right to:
Use, process, and submit your personal data to the relevant government authorities on your behalf;
Communicate with government authorities regarding your application status;
Make payment of the government fee using our agency payment methods on your behalf;
Receive the approved ETA document or correspondence and forward it to you electronically.
You affirm that you are authorizing us to perform this administrative task on your behalf as a third-party service provider.
3) Definitions
“Services” — our professional assistance, including data validation, support, submission, and management of your ETA application.
“Government fee” — the fee charged by the UK authorities for processing an application (£16 as of writing).
“Service fee” — our professional fee for the Services provided.
“Total Fee” — the combined amount you pay us, which includes both the Government fee and our Service fee.
4) Our Services & Limitations
We act solely as an intermediary service provider. While we perform thorough checks to maximize your chances of approval, we cannot guarantee the outcome. The final decision to grant or deny an ETA rests solely with the UK Government (Home Office). We do not have the power to influence the government’s decision-making process or expedite the government’s internal processing times.
5) Your Responsibilities
To ensure a successful application, you agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information.
Review all data in the summary page before confirming submission.
Possess a valid passport and meet the eligibility criteria for the UK ETA.
Compliance: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including submitting false documents or fraudulent data.
6) Fees and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to pay the Total Fee displayed at checkout.
Transparency: Our Total Fee is clearly broken down into the Government Fee (paid to authorities) and our Service Fee (for our assistance).
Authorization: You authorize our third-party payment processor to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.
Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Your bank may charge additional foreign transaction fees which are outside our control.
7) Delivery of Services
Our service begins immediately upon payment confirmation. We will process your data and submit it to the relevant authorities.
Timeline: Most applications are processed within 24-72 hours, but government checks may take longer.
Delivery Method: Results (Approved ETA or updates) will be sent to the email address provided during the application.
8) Refunds & Cancellations Policy
We pride ourselves on a fair and consumer-friendly refund policy:
Before Submission: If you request a cancellation before we have submitted your application to the government system, you are entitled to a 100% Full Refund (Service fee + Government fee).
After Submission (Refusal Protection): Unlike many competitors, if your ETA application is denied by the UK Government, we will refund 100% of our Service Fee. (The Government fee is non-refundable by the authorities).
After Approval: If the government has already approved your ETA, the service is considered fully rendered. In this case, no refund can be issued as the document is valid and delivered.
How to request: Email support@visaauth.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 72 hours.
9) Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, logos, design, graphics) is the property of International Travel Inc. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or mimic our design or content without written permission.
10) Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. We process your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your mandate (obtaining the ETA) and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption to protect your sensitive data during transmission.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, International Travel Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the refusal of an ETA by the government. Our total liability is limited to the Service Fee amount paid by you.
12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Consumers in jurisdictions with mandatory non-waivable protections (e.g., UK/EU) retain those specific rights where applicable.
